What we collect

When you sign up: your email address, the sales and states you pick, whether you reserved a pack, the date, and where you came from (for example "facebook" or "direct"). We don't use advertising trackers, and we never sell, rent or share your details.

To stop repeated sign-up abuse we keep a truncated, one-way hash of your network address for up to a day, then delete it.

What we do with it

We email you before the sales you picked, and when a pack you reserved is ready. You get a confirmation when you sign up, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Emails are sent through Resend. Reserving a pack costs nothing; if you later buy one, Stripe handles the payment and we never see your card.

Where it's kept

In a database on Cloudflare, which hosts this site.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email admin@hunting-access.com. We'll do it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Maps and data

Packs are built from public records (Washington DNR forest practices applications, Hansen/UMD/Google/USGS/NASA satellite tree-loss data, WDFW boundaries, USGS base maps). We use company names from those records, never individual landowners' names or contact details.
