Who can hunt here
ZECs are open to everyone: register and pay the day fee before you hunt (at the gate or online), and check the ZEC's own rules, which can include moose draws. Wildlife reserves are run by Sépaq: hunting there is booked or drawn. Outfitter territories with exclusive rights (red dashed) are hunted only through the outfitter, and there is no hunting in national parks or ecological reserves. Free Crown land outside these territories is open too, but isn't on these maps yet.
